Thank you for choosing SlottaTime. To further assist your business and gain optimum efficiency with support assistance you should subscribe to one of the following support options:
Gold Support:
Gain total peace of mind with our Gold Support Package. We provide Gold Technical Support via email and phone. All Gold emails and calls are given priority over any lower ranked support questions. Gold Support includes: Unlimited priority telephone and eMail support covering licensing, installation, debugging, recovery and general use of SlottaTime.
Additionally, FREE Major and Minor Version Updates will be priority delivered. You will also get a Free listing with your logo and hyper-link on our SlottaTime Supporters page. Gold Support contracts are valid for one full year from the purchased date for a up to three company contacts per contract.
Silver Support:
Our Silver Technical support will give you confidence that any issues arising will be addressed in a timely manner. We provide Silver Technical Support via email and phone. All Silver emails and calls are given priority over any lower ranked support questions. Silver Support includes: Two hours per month of priority telephone support covering licensing, installation, debugging, recovery and general use of SlottaTime. All time above two hours will be charged at the significantly discounted rate of just NZD $30 per half hour. Unlimited eMail support will be provided.
Additionally you will receive Free Minor Version Upgrades and a discounted rate of just NZD $290 for Major version upgrades. You will also get a Free listing with your logo and hyper-link on our SlottaTime Supporters page. Silver Support contracts are valid for one full year from the purchased date for a up to three company contacts per contract.
Bronze Support:
With Bronze support, your support contact will take priority over a those customers with no support contract. Bronze support is primarily by eMail with one hour per month of free telephone support. Additional phone support beyond your free hour is charged at the discounted rate of NZD $50 per half hour or part thereof. Bronze Support contracts are valid for one full year from the purchased date for a up to three company contacts per contract.
Standard Support - No Contract:
All SlottaTime users receive FREE email support plus limited phone support for the first month following registration. following this eMail support will be available on a low priority basis. Telephone support is also available for NZD $65 per half hour or part thereof.
Upgrades:
SlottaTime is being continuously improved. To take advantage of these upgrades you should keep up with the current version. Minor upgrades fix bugs and improve the look and feel of SlottaTime and add small enhancements to functionallity. Major updates add significant improvements to functionality and improved features. Minor updates will occur several times per year while major updates are expected annually. Minor upgrades are charged at NZD$150 per upgrade while Major Upgrades are charged at NZD $350.
